Summer Art Camp – Instructors Susan Tharin and Julia Jensen Students learn and have fun with
hands-on experience in painting, bead making, mosaic glasswork, wirework
and much more. Emphasis on using recycled objects and turning them into
usable artworks. Fee: $125.00, includes all supplies.

Bead Making for Beginners - instructor Cynthia Tucker, Cynthia’s
business, Fun & Creativity on Farmers’ Market
Wednesdays We have several class
opportunities on Wednesdays, in conjunction with our weekly Farmers’
Market, come out and enjoy shopping the market, take a class and make it a
fun day! Contact the individual instructor to schedule a class with
one of the market vendors. Cindy is a classically trained
musician; composing and performing her original compositions for the piano
and hammered dulcimer at the Farmers’ Market each Wednesday.
Cindy will be accepting reservations for private lessons, offering
one-on-one experience with Cindy and the hammered dulcimer.
Each Wednesday, (weather permitting), immediately following the
Farmers’ Market at 1:00 PM take a 20 minute lesson.
Learn the basics of the history, mechanics and the art of the
hammered dulcimer and make music with Cindy.

Making Workshops - instructor Cynthia Tucker, an arts and crafts
vendor at the farmers’ market and creator of Chose
to create a pendant, earrings or a bracelet.

Bracelet class - $50.00, includes a $25.00 materials fee, extra material Fee:
Earrings or Pendant class - $35.00, includes a $10.00 materials fee, extra
material kits are available for $10.00 if you’d like to make more than
one piece. Cooking Classes at the
Farmers’ Market Farmers’
Market chef, Alexis Fouros offers cooking classes during
the Wednesday market. Please
see the schedule on the Farmers’ Market webpage.
Pre-registration is required and you must contact the chef to register. Class will
be cancelled if required number of registrations is not met. (Cooking class schedule below –
menus will be posted every 3 months)
